New Women's Lacrosse Head Coach

BYU's extramural program is excited to announce the appointment of Summer Stephenson as the new head coach for the BY extramural women's lacrosse team, beginning fall semester 2021. Stephenson is replacing Nikki Dabrowski, who has been team's head coach since 2015.

Dabrowski led the team to the Women's Collegiate Lacrosse Association National Tournament on three separate occasions (2017, 2018, 2019) – finishing in the top five each time.

Stephenson, who has been serving as an assistant coach since 2018, played on the BYU extramural women’s lacrosse team as a student from 2014–18. “She has a passion and love for the team,” said Dabrowski. “She worked hard as a player and has been committed to her coaching role. She will continue to be a great asset to the team in this new capacity because of her known dedication and perseverance.”

We're very excited to have Stephenson alongside us and we look forward to this season! Go Cougs!
